Founded in 2020, Nelco Partners LLC in collaboration with Nelco Consulting Corp. has pioneered a private credit fund that strategically allocates capital across yield-generating opportunities, including private debt instruments, gold, asset-backed financing, Bitcoin, and select cryptocurrency-based yield strategies.

The NELCO-YIELD token is a blockchain-based security token issued by the Nelco Partners Fund that represents your investment in our private credit and yield strategy fund. It’s a digital instrument that tracks your allocation, earns yield, and ensures transparent on-chain ownership.
Yes. The token is issued under a Reg D Rule 506(c) exemption and is only available to accredited investors. All holders are KYC/AML verified, and tokens are restricted from transfer except between whitelisted wallets.
Your NELCO-YIELD tokens entitle you to monthly or quarterly interest payments, based on the fund’s strategy (e.g., private credit, AI infra yield, crypto staking). These payments are distributed automatically via smart contract or recorded in a transparent ledger.
Tokens are non-tradable for 12 months under Rule 144. After that, they may be:
- Redeemable directly through the fund
- Privately transferred to another accredited investor (if whitelisted)
